All you 90% of people accused of rape are charged and arrested; based on the accusers statement alone. 95% of the people charged with a crime in this country take a plea bargain. Not because they're guilty; but because they're scared or poor. There are less people having children because we're an industrial nation and there's no economic reason to have kids; its a historical fact. The US army tends to use as a poster child for what the military is about. and do you know what happens to our paratroopers who get caught raping someone? they get tossed in a military prison to rot. and if it was violent rape, they get the death sentence.
