Yeah, all of this is true. I live in Siberia, there was an accident when my grandfather Ivan was attacked by the bear at evening near the tent at the river where he was fishing. The rifle was in the tent when bear attacked and there was no time to get it… but grandpa had an axe for firewood chopping. And he had beat the crap out of this fucking bear! But he was injured though… now we have a carpet made with this bear’s skin.
